2010 / 2011 Class Schedule

I would like to enroll my child into the following Junior Tennis Academy Program (please check one):

ClassDayDescription (all costs are per month)

Pee Wees

Monday
3:45 – 4:30

4-5 years old - 45-minute class - $50
Players will learn to develop eye/hand coordination and basic motor skills in a fun, game based environment.  Our goal is to infect your child with a love for the game.

Tweeners

Thursday
4:30 – 5:30

6-8 yrs, 1 hour class - $55
Players will learn the classic grips and good swing path fundamentals. Student will begin to hit the ball on the move.

Challengers

Monday
4:30 – 5:30

8-11 yrs, 1 hour class - $55
The goal is to build a player who desires to compete.  Players will learn to serve, keep score, and rally in preparation for league play.

9 – 12 Year Olds

Monday
5:30 – 6:30

9-12 yrs, 1 hour class - $55
Player is comfortable with serving and returning, will learn lateral and horizontal movement, and develop consistency and proper court positioning.

Tournament Group

Thursday
5:30 – 7:00

Invitation only, 1 1/2 hour class - $80
Players continue to work on “Modern Game” fundamentals with a discussion of “Directionals” and the implementation of different hitting patterns. Players will learn to attack the net more and develop an all-court mentality.

My 4 yr. old loves Rivermoore Park Junior Academy. The instructors are great and make it fun as well as informative. Thanks so much for everything you all do!!!!

Newsflash

At the end of last year on direction from the board, we (Rivermoore Park) appealed the tax assessment for the meadow property.

 Great news! Gwinnett County responded and agreed to our “appeal” for the assessed value of the meadow. Our tax basis is now reduced by 60%!
